I hate American Airlines.
1) my luggage is lost and is still fcking LOST.
i dont understand how this is possible. usually RESPECTABLE airlines get your luggage backto you the next mornig, but of course this crappy low class airline fails to do anything fcukgin right.
2) they hire people who do not know how to spell or speak english to help them. what the hell. we are in fucking america. hire some ENGLISH speaking people so that you dont have to piss off any more of your already pissed off customers who lost your luggage thanks to your sorry ass
3) CANCELLED FLIGHT. okay so still..WHERE THE HELL IS MY LUGGAGE? the flight is cancelled but i still dont understand where my luggage coudl have gone. in addition, the ignorant flight attendants made us wait on this cancelled plane for a good 4-5 hours. whereas 4-5 hours ago…i pulled her over and said OUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED. but no, this fucking airline is retarded and failed to believe me
4) NO FOOD OR ANYTHING. this plane is the cheapest, low class airline ever. they would not provide us with any food or hotel rooms. im fucking underage. i need assistance. and i was more offended when the lady at the desk told my friends and i to get locked in an office room in the airport for the night. fuck you ameircan airlines. FUCK YOU!!!
5) i fully understand why terrorists want to bomb this airline. this is the AIRLINE FROM HELL. i really cannot express my horrible experience in any other words.
