As those you who read this drivel before my 6 month hiatus know, I now live in Switzerland. I am a lawyer. An IP lawyer, to be precise.
I basically handle all aspects of IP law, except patents. I have no science background and, while the theory of patent law is interesting, the actual practice of patent law is, in my opinion, boring. So, my primary areas of expertise are trademarks, copyrights and internet law.
